Delivery Information

Most orders are shipped using Royal Mail Services, and you will not normally need to sign for deliveries and can nominate a safe place to leave items if you are not available and the package will not fit through the letter box.

Bigger orders are normally shipped via UPS and you will be required to sign for delivery. Once we have a UPS tracking number, we will advise you so you can track the item through the UPS delivery network. We may be able to offer to have your parcel left at a UPS Access Point, if you would like to take advantage of this, please let us know.

Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery is included in the price of your item and so there is no seperate delivery charge.
Please note that for some special offers, we are only able to delivery to a single location, and you will be responsable for collecting your order.

We aim to despatch orders within 72 hours, 2-7 working days should be allowed for delivery. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving, it is standard policy of the Royal Mail that a delivery is not missing for 15 working days, therefore we are unable to assist in missing deliveries during this period, we will arrange for a suitable resolution after this time.
